Following countries are at war or go through significant economical turmoil and have travel warnings issued for them. This makes getting useful info difficult:

- SADR-/Polisario-controlled area of Western Sahara - > mentioned under Morocco
- Tokelau -> added to Blacklist, as there is no mobile phone system there at present.

- Antarctica, Antarctic and subantarctic Islands -> only on Macquarie Island (AUS) without data and Mariambo Research St. (ARG) - > Blacklist
